On 18th of march 1999 Sri Ramprasad Khaitan - son of Late Mahabir Prasad Khaitan, Sri Pawan Kumar Khaitan - son of Sri Ramprasad Khaitan and Smt. Sangita Khaitan - wife of Sri Pawan Kumar Khaitan became "THE TRUSTEES" of the charitable trust "Sri Chavo Dadi charitable trust".

The Trust shall grant the financial assistance to the charitable hospitals for tuberculosis and cancer or for other infectious diseases, to provide help to the poor, to assist relief measures in the time of natural calamities.
